Chapter 14: Great Discoveries and Riddles


But Thrasher snapped suddenly as he looked around nobody's there thus he sighed and leaving the room. As the door slammed, the Big Four hidden themselves under Thrasher's table sighed in relief.

"Luckily he didn't know we're here," Hiccup sighed, holding Thrasher's golden box and he took out another one object from it, the green soldier statue that used for kids to play war game. "Based from this, Thrasher want to be a soldier but for some reason he changed his ambition,"

"How did yer know that?" Merida asked before Hiccup show them that soldier statue.

"Before we get busted by that Loki or those sinners, we must leave here immediatedly," Jack suggested.

Rapunzel looked to the large window before them, "What if we dived down there with my hair?"

"No, Punzie. Everyone is looking for us and we'll get caught by them," Hiccup answered before he looked up there's air ventilation 3 metre from the ceiling.

(time skip)

Rapunzel tied her hair at the air ventilation as Hiccup at her shoulder taking out screwdriver as he looked up to Merida, and up right at the ceiling, Jack tried to open the air ventilation door.

"Yer had just wearing that shirt for hundred years, did yer thought to wash yer clothes?" Merida whined.

"Do you want to take a laundry for me?" Jack smirked as he finally opened the air ventilation door, "Open sesame!!" then he untie Rapunzel's hair from it before he climbed up to the air ventilaton tunnel, followed with Merida, Hiccup and Rapunzel. They crawled along the way to find a way out, as it's too dark Hiccup took out a torchlight pointing it straight to find any exit door until....

They've stepped the slide makes them fell down along the long slide for a few minutes makes Rapunzel hugged Merida screamed in fear and....

The slide lead them to the underground tunnel with rusted pipes, large drain and so on, as those teens fell on the cement floor one by one. They stood up rubbing their dusted clothes.

"Jack, where are we? We need to get back to (Name) quickly," Rapunzel said in fear as she hugged Merida.

"Calm down guys. We're in underground tunnel somewhere," Jack replied. "But we're not too far from (Name). Just get some walk and we're fine,"

"We're fine yer said? First we almost get busted by Thrasher, then the tunnel lead us to this disgusting path, after this what else?" Merida shouted.

"What if after this you will get attacked by alligator? If you don't want it happen, keep quiet," then everyone walked backward as there's an alligator crawled out from the water, growled makes Jack waved his staff left and right to keep that animal away.

"You're such a loud-mouth, Jack. You've made what you said come true," Rapunzel whined.

"Calm down, guys. I know how to handle this weird situation," then Jack shot some ice shards toward the alligator as it thrown backward makes it felt strange, as those teens rushed before the dying alligator.... they noticed there's a broken circuit underneath the alligator's skin.

"This is not a real alligator. Somebody created it for spying purposes," Hiccup responded as he looked carefully to the circuit and finally he noticed a Clutch Core symbol at its belly.

Meanwhile, those 7 Sins looked to the CCTV recording while Gary focused to one recording at the underground tunnel before the connection ended, makes him felt upset, "Damned meta-humans for destroying my treasure!"

"What have they done?" Max asked.

"I've created the alligator-camera to spy around United States but those meta-human destroyed it with just ice shard shot," Gary whimpered. "My treasures..."

Thrasher came inside the CCTV room as he said, "This is a bad news. Those meta-humans had just intruded Clutch Core Academy admin and they've stole some of our important things,"

"This is impossible? How could they make a comeback if we've just finished them?" Qahar yelled.

"They must be an immortal meta-humans," Thrasher sighed before he turned to those sinners. "They're not far from our place. You guys can hunt them right now," and then those sinners leaved the scene and Thrasher as the dean looked to the CCTV recording, smirked.

"M.E.T.A. Force, you'll meet your doom in no time...."

At the same time, Alia and Aizat were on the way to their home by car before their vehicle had been knocked down from behind. As Alia turned around she noticed a grey Prugeot car after them makes Aizat pressed the gear to accelerate the speed but when the grey car already get before them, they notied the female at the grey car pointed gun toward them.

BANG!!

Alia and Aizat screamed in fear makes the car skidded off the road suddenly before they had just knocked to the building nearby.

SMASH!!

Those 2 crews fainted after get collided forward. The Peugeot car stoped as Novella and Bulk walked out from the vehicle smirked as Bulk held the box of bomb to install below the crew's car.

CHOOK!!

The eagle-shaped syringe had just hit that box-bomb makes Bulk threw it away to the ground. As Novella turned around, Silver Hawk already stood before them.

"You've just killed the reporters who made their job to reveal the truth of those who worked along with you," Silver Hawk said.

"Hey, thief! I warned you to stay away from here. If don't?" Bulk shouted.

"You will what?" then the hawk noticed Novella started to punch him but he already defend himself at first by turning Novella's arms to her back makes her screamed in pain. Bulk held a wood plank as he knocked the hawk's head from behind.

BANG!!

Bulk dropped the wood plank as he cupped the injury at his right arm. You've just shoot him once makes Silver Hawk turned around as he released Novella on the floor.

"M.E.T.A. Force. You two are under arrest for murdering," you shouted as you pointed your double guns toward Novella and Bulk but they stood up walked backward and ran away leaving the scene. You felt irritated of them muttered, "Coward,"

"Hey (last name) we have to save 2 lives here!" Alfred shouted makes you turned around, he struggled to take out Alia and Aizat from the car but its stuck.

Back to the Big Four...

The metal plank of water ventilation tunnel had been thrown away as Jack, Hiccup, Merida and Rapunzel climbed up to the road one by one. They looked around to recognize the place around them. They're in New York city and 3 kilometre away from M.E.T.A. Force base. Hiccup snapped as his tablet rang suddenly as he took it out, he noticed you made a video call at the screen makes him answered it. Your picture popped on the screen.

"Special Force, you guys need to meet me at (place) Hospital ASAP. Alia and Aizat got accident," you said from the video call.

"What??" those teens shocked, then Jack added, "Crud,"

(time skip)

At (Place) Hospital in New York city...

The Big Four rushed to the ward where Alia and Aizat hospitalized, they have just got bandaged at their head and arms, while Aizat at his shoulder. You noticed their arrival as you called them to come there.

"(Name), what is going on here? What happen to them?" Jack asked.

"Alia and Aizat almost get killed by those 2 who worked for Clutch Core," you replied. "I thought it was an accident, but when I found 9mm bullet inside their car, I made up the conclusion they almost get killed,"

"Who had just killed them? Who?" Merida asked.

"Those 2 individuals who I ever met before (Book 3 pt9) but I don't know their name yet since their data are not available in the system,"

"And can I healed on them?" Rapunzel asked as she held her hair tightly.

"Huh...." you shake your head slowly. "Can I say that they're in danger for getting healed in short time?"

Meanwhile Alfred stood at the edge of the roof notice Silver Hawk was beside him, "Brother-"

"Oh man! Stop calling me like that. I'm not your brother," Silver Hawk get away from the young general.

"But I've looking you for ages. You have to join M.E.T.A. Force for now,"

"I said it before, I won't join it again. I've betrayed myself from it long time ago. So please~" Silver Hawk refused.

"Did you know that our father already been killed (Book 4 pt2)?" Alfred asked. "The guy who murdered our father is the guy who created you,"

"Wyatt Rodriguez?" Silver Hawk sighed, shaking his head, "Why this thing turned out complicated?"

"Listen, brother. Wyatt Rodriguez the former scientist of M.E.T.A. Force who turned a tide against the government, he became Russian spy and engineer because he had been bribed.... of power," Alfred explained. "M.E.T.A.'s Cyborg and Silver Hawk are not good enough for him to handle very well so that's why-"

"Enough, man. I don't want to listen to your story anymore-" Silver Hawk walked backward.

"But why you used to get so close with me before? We're siblings remember?"

"We are not, Firinson. We have different bloodlines and we've just choose the different path," then Silver Hawk dived down the building backward makes Alfred get before them before he saw the hawk fled away along with the wind.

"Brother, we've choose the different path. But we're in the same mission!!" Alfred cried. "Brother..."

At M.E.T.A. Force HQ...

The Big Four arrived back home after visited Alia and Aizat at hospital. As they arrived at the crew's lab, Alice was there played with Duskwing akes her get before those teens.

"Hiccup, what does the dragon eat?" Alice asked.

"Mostly fishes, but don't feed them eels," Hiccup replied. "How's going with Duskwing?"

"He's fine, and he's hungry for this moment," Alice rushed away from the scene as she noticed Toothles at the backyard with some fishes before she stole one of them makes the Night Fury felt irritated thus it pursue after Alice.

As she came back, Alice put the fish before Duskwing makes the Shadow Stalker sniffing some smell to the fish and opened its jaw but when Toothless came before it, those 2 dragons started to growl loudly. Toothless bursted fire ball at first makes Duskwing jumped backward.

"Toothless, stop it!!" Hiccup shouted as he held the Night Fury to calm it down but he had been pushed aside makes him dropped on the floor before he watched Toothless used its claw to attack Duskwing then...

SLASH!!

Toothless leaved the scene with its jaw gripping the fish that Alice stole down recently, Hiccup just watched the Night Fury leave then to Alice hugged injured Shadow Stalker due to that fight.

"Toothless and Duskwing can't get closer or they will get a terrible fight," Hiccup responded then he said to Alice, "Soak him inside the basin of water to heal the injury,"

"But are yer remember we're still stuck with the black water problem here?" Merida asked makes Hiccup snapped.

"(Name) told me the clean water emergency supply for this place are available but only lasts for 3 days after,"

"Maybe we can use it some to heal on it," Rapunzel responded.

"Whatever..." Jack sighed.

(time skip)

Hiccup prepared the basin of clean water before Rapunzel put the tip of her hair inside it as it glowed before Alice put Duskwing inside the basin as it swam happily.

"He will be fine after a few hours getting in there," Hiccup smiled. "But first I have to get some fish at the backyard," he held a hand-made fishing rod and a basin of some bails.

"But it's late out there," Rapunzel responded.

"I know. There's a lake behind this place and it's full moon out there. What a perfect time to get fishing,"

"But you have to careful of that Strawberry Jams (Admiral Jams), Hic. If he get busted on you..." Jack interrupted.

"I know," Hiccup replied then the camera moved down to the water at the basin.

The bail attached to the fishing rod dropped on the surface of the lake as the camera moved up, Hiccup was at the backyard lake to get some fish as he waited patiently but he didn't realized somebody were after him.

"Hiccup!!" those 2 voices from behind and their hands slapped his shoulder makes him turned around. Farouk and Azlan were there laughed.

"Hiccup, I heard you have a love interest to the air force pilot named Astrid, isn't it?" Farouk asked.

"Who said that?" Hiccup asked, started blushing.

"From the believable source, and I give you 2 weeks to flirt on her. If you failed to flirt on her, you have to eat noodles with your nose," Farouk warned.

"Can't wait to see his weird face," Azlan interrupted before those 2 laughed and leaving the scene. Hiccup turned to the lake as he muttered, "Since when I said I like that pilot Astrid?"

Meanwhile at the base....

Rapunzel, Merida and Alice walked along the corridor before they stopped at the shower room where they placed Duskwing inside. Alice grabbed the doorknob but it's locked until they heard some noise inside.

Redwan - "Eh, Shafiq! What a relief for getting a hot shower after training soccer, isn't it?"

Shafiq - "Yeah, especially when Lin were there as well. She gave me a lot of support,"

Karthik - "What a lucky man. But I'm in curious a bit. I haven't seen Aizat since this morning,"

"Hot shower?" Alice snapped before she screamed and slammed the door makes i opened itself and rushed in, Rapunzel and Merida blushed as they accidentally looking those 3 guys shirtless as they get aside. Those 3 guys get their towel around their lower part watching Alice waved her hands around the water as she screamed, "Duskwing, where are you? Duskwing!!"

Coincidentally you came there get inside the shower room, grabbed Alice's hand dragging her out from the scene. Alice cried, "Duskwing is gone, (Name). They threw him away,"

"He's alright, Alice. Jack already-" you replied as Jack came before you, "What's wrong, snowflake?"

"Alice want before Duskwing but it was not there. Where did you put him?" you asked Jack.

"Looking for that glow-wing, kitty head (Alice)? I already put him inside crew's lab," Jack brought you and Alice to crew's lab as Duskwing popped out from the basin of water, makes Alice rushed there hugging it happily. Hiccup came by with holding a basin of some fishes thus he want to feed Duskwing by placing one before it. Duskwing sniffed some smell but it shake its head slowly.

"I think glow-wing doesn't like to eat fish, Hic," Jack responded.

"I forgot that. Shadow Stalkers doesn't eat fish. It eat..." Hiccup responded.

Meanwhile, Aqil with holding KFC bucket as he promoted to Azlin and Mazlee to have some meal but Azlin refused because - "Listen up. It's already late and you asked me to have a meal? It's not good for my shape,"

"And no wonder you're out of shape. This is your normal habit, don't you?" Mazlee slapped Aqil's shoulder by his fan before he brought Azlin away from the scene. Aqil whined as he put the KFC bucket inside the bin and leaved but he didn't noticed Hiccup was after him picking up that bucket with some fried chicken in it.

(time skip)

Hiccup divided the fried chicken in small pieces as he feed Duskwing with it makes that little dragon munched it happily.

"Have a meal, Duskwing. Can't wait to see you grown up as big dragon," Hiccup smiled to that lil one then you came with holding a cylinder tube of (color) fluid as you said, "Hiccup, this is from our M.E.T.A. biologist as they have something to you," then you gave that tube to Hiccup, "That's anti-growth serum. It will make Duskwing grown-up in short time, than the normal growth rate, maybe around 2-3 months,"

Hiccup opened the lid of that tube as he put around 3 drops inside the small case of water as Duskwing licked the surface of water to drink it before it turned around with its belly facing to the ceiling.

"Duskwing is getting full and want to sleep," Hiccup said silently as Alice hugged it gently at her arms then he whispered something to you but Jack pushed aside.

"You have to say it to me first before (Name)," Jack said, with little anger.

"Jack, listen. Eve had just found the solution to solve down the black water crisis since I guided her to find any fungus to absorb the chemical inside the water and she want to show me tomorrow morning," Hiccup said, makes Jack silenced and you also listened to it as well.

At the next day....

The helicopter landed at the (location) hidro-electric dam specifically at the circle spot for the parking lot. As it landed on the ground, Thrasher opened the sliding door as he get off from the vehicle noticed Linka and Wyatt Rodriguez along with bodyguards of Clutch Core forces before him.

Thrasher, Linka and Wyatt walked along the underground tunnel of that dam. Thrasher said, "I've told you before that those 2 traitors already been taken down last night, doesn't it?"

"Yes, by my loyal assistants. Once they got their task, they will make it done," Wyatt smirked.

"But sir. We've lost the contract with our clients to buy CLUTCHER water purifier filter due to the video, even it's already deleted from our CCMediaTV account," Linka said.

"Don't worry, we've just stick down to Plan B. And Rodriguez, does it going well?" Thrasher said.

"Yeah, and it will came at the port tonight so you guys beware..." Wyatt replied.

They stopped at the control room where the Clutch Core students who got their duty there, stood up and giving them a salute as Thrasher replied as well.

"How much percentage of petrol do you released inside for today?" Thrasher asked.

"Around 50% sir," the student replied.

"We're just almost succeed. Reduce the percentage in next few hours," then the student replied, "Affirmative, sir!!" that makes Thrasher smirked as he turned around to 5 dam workers who been tied and mouth-covered as some of the guards pointed their rifle to them.

Meanwhile at M.E.T.A. Force HQ...

"And that's what I want to inform you. Alia and Aizat are in terrible injury last night so they will get rest from our group temporarily until they got total recovery," Alfred explained to all of your crews makes some of them started to whisper one another.

"General can I ask you something?" Azlan asked. "Do Alia and Aizat worked for us or Clutch Core?"

"They actually worked for us, Azlan. And disguised as media reporters for Clutch Core to reveal the truth behind those weird terrors lately. I know they put their life in danger for getting into this trap but that was their job,"

At the same time at your room, the Big Four gathered in line and get a seat against you as they want to show what have they found in previous episode in Clutch Core Academy admin building. Hiccup show you his tablet with pictures of Thrasher, Linka and Wyatt in chart organisation before the picture of Clutch Core Academy Vision and Mission makes you ignored it since the evidences are not quite good enough.

"But (Name) when I solarize this picture," Hiccup pressed the 'solarize' button makes the image turned dark and and red typo written in screen.

CLUTCH CORE MISSION

"A man with goat head?" you repeated then you thought of something. "It's Baphomet,"

"What is that?" Rapunzel asked.

"The demon with goat head which it's usually summoned for demon worshipping,"

"So that means Clutch Core Academy taught those kids to worship demons besides make a war against peace?" Hiccup asked, then you nodded slowly.

"Remember when David Preston told you guys of this before (Book 2 pt13) each of the newbies must drink a glass of black goat blood before they officially elected as their students, it's more than enough most of their students practised demon worshipping," you continued.

"Alright. (Name), we found a lot of things when we were there," Merida took out Linka's envelope of job offer as lecturer of Clutch Core Academy, Wyatt's key with metal Clutch Core key-chain and Thrasher's 'The Art of War' book.

"Keep these as reference for our next investigation but wait..." you looked to the cover of that book, "This is dangerous. No wonder why Thrasher can make his evil plan very well," you show them that book, "This book commonly used as main references by the general soldiers during war to stop their enemy and take them down, even in present the entrepeneurs also used this book as well as their business strategy plan,"

"(Name), what if I keep this book for our sake? Maybe I can refer to this one as well," Hiccup asked thus you gave that book to him.

"I know the Vikings also need the reference but remember, we don't have much time. Clutch Core reformation is uprising,"

Rapunzel unlocked the photo album with the golden key thus she opened it. It has a lot of photo's of Linka, Thrasher, Wyatt and most of the academy students. "Nothing is suspicious with this book,"

"And the 7 weird symbols..." Hiccup pressed the thumbnail of the SOS telephone with 7 weird buttons makes it enlarged, "Do you know what does it mean?"
